We increase revenue and margin. We do this via consulting engagements and
marketing campaigns.
Consulting engagements involve a transfer of knowledge in order to build or develop
process and methodology. Examples of potential engagements include; creating marketing
plans and selling campaigns, optimizing channels of distribution, developing competitive
strategy and tactics, designing, selling organizations, conducting marketing research,
auditing marketing performance, building terrain maps and formation veneers, constructing
a propaganda engine and writing rules of engagement.
Marketing campaigns are tactical relationships designed to accomplish a specific
objective. Examples of tactical objectives include launching a new product, opening a new
market, establishing a channel of distribution, defending market share, increasing
revenue, acquiring customers, raising capital, or building and managing a web site. We
utilize our proprietary tools and tactics to execute a campaign. The difference between an
engagement and a campaign is the deliverable.
An engagement will deliver content in the form of a plan, a recommendation, a strategy,
concepts or prototypes. For an engagement the client assumes responsibility for creating
the elements and executing the roll out. A campaign will deliver an outcome such as
increasing sales, margin, customers, branches, territories etc. For a campaign, we develop
strategy and tactics, write the plan, determine the roll out, create the elements (ads,
pr, collateral's, direct mail, trade shows etc),and execute the roll out.
