Examples of tactical objectives include launching a new product, opening a new market, establishing a channel of distribution, defending market share, increasing revenue, acquiring customers, raising capital, or building and managing a web site.
We utilize our proprietary tools and tactics to execute a campaign. A campaign will deliver an outcome such as increasing market share, market capitalization, profitability, or influencing perception. For a campaign, we develop strategy and tactics, write the plan, determine the rollout, create the elements and execute the rollout.
Crisis and extreme time to market expectations are normal for us. We can usually have a case team deployed within two weeks of initiating an engagement.
Our compensation is composed of a fee and a contingency. The contingency takes the form of stock, warrants, options, royalties or commissions. All engagements must contain some form of a contingency opportunity.
